I had really high hopes for these headphones. I was very disappointed. Setup for the Belkin headphones is super simple. There is no app so just put the headphones in your ears and look for "SF Freedom-Find My" in your Bluetooth settings. To add the headphones to your phone (iPhone), go you your "find my" app and click on add new item. Since there is no app, there are no other things to do unless you want to change the ear piece. updates for the headphones are don't thru the find me app, and they seem pretty frequent. That was as positive as I can be for me the sound was subpar for headphones in the price range when these are not on sale. I tried the different sized ear plugs and still the same. It was all hollow and had no bass. If you want to use the headphones to control your phone/music its basically morse code. The find my feature is pretty decent, except as I write this and have them in my ears, the location of the earphones shows they are 9 miles away. There is a notification for when you leave them behind. When I leave them on my nightstand I don't get a message, but when I had them in my gym bag I got a notification I had left them at home. I reset them, and my iPhone cant re add them.

I received these free for my review and I was truly surprised at what high quality item it was. The sound was great and stayed snuggly in my ear for hours and played music and videos all the time while I was doing chores around the house. The charging/carrying case they came in was great I liked how the magnets pulled them into place. The only thing I could complain about which isn't really a complaint at all is that if you have both of them in your ears you can really hear anything else that's going on around you.

I've been debating purchasing the Apple AirPods for quite some time but could never justify spending that kind of money on headphones. The SoundForm ear buds are at a much more palatable price point. Overall, these are an extremely high quality product that I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great, comfortable true wireless set of headphones. The audio sounds great and the noise cancellation is excellent. I've split out the pros and cons below. Also a quick note that I am writing based on a free review unit for me to test out and review. Pros: -Sound quality is amazing -Quick Setup - no 3rd party apps needed -Once paired, quickly connects as soon as you take the headphones out of the case -look very nice and fit in ear snugly and comfortably Cons: -Instructions for initial setup are a little unclear - could benefit from some written instructions in addition to the pictograms -Would be nice if all the controls were available with only one earbud in. If only left bud is in, you are only able to skip backward and turn the volume down as the right earbud is used to control forward skips and volume up. -Case lid is a little wobbly when closed Overall excellent quality product with a few minor drawbacks. Obviously you are not going to get certain apple-specific features like "hey siri" but you are getting an excellent set of earbuds at a great price.

This is my first set of wireless ear buds and I love them. They were really easy to pair to my phone. I use them during my commute to work and the noise canceling is perfect for my train rides. I am very pleased they come with three different cushion sizes so I have a choice. Excellent quality for the price.

I received a pair of black Belkin ear buds. They came in a compact charging case. My teenage son even likes the sound quality. I actually gave them to him as a gift. He said they fit comfortably and I tried them. I also liked the fit and sound quality. I like that they fit in a pocket or purse.

Booya! These earbuds are fire! Well worth the price. They are black and beautiful. True wireless, stay charged for hours, high highs and low lows, never drop signal. I must best buy!

I just got my Belkin Soundform Freedom True Wireless earbuds. These are amazing. I got the black ones. The sound is great, they fit perfectly. I couldn’t be happier!

Excellent ear-buds with deep bass (for their size) and clear highs. Great quality and the charging case lets me listen to music all day, while I'm at work, and then again at the gym (charge up on the drive)

I received these a few weeks ago and I like them. They always fall out of my ears though so I actually found that if I switch the left and right they fit a lot better. Overall a solid product but I do wish they could be a bit louder. I like the case and it charges very quickly

I received a pair of SOUNDFORM Freedom True wireless Earbuds for free to use for this review.... I had no problem with the earbuds. They wee easy to charge and use. I was even amazed at how easy they were to connect to my television! The sound quality id very good as well ! I would recommend these budget friendly earbuds!

Fits amazingly. These pair fast with my apple and work really well. They charge fast. The noise canceling is great for walking on city streets or in my house.

There were no directions on how to use the wireless ear buds. So it has been a learning curve trying to figure it out. I’m sure I could google it but directions should have been included!! It does have 3 sizes of ear molds. Ear buds are fairly comfortable.

The Belkin Soundform Freedom True Wireless earbuds is meant to be a more affordable alternative for those seeking to not eat peanut butter jelly sandwiches for a month just to buy airpods. It is going all in on that group, as the Soundform App is only available in iOS. It even works with Apple Find My app which was pretty helpful. Out of the box, they follow the current trend when it comes to the design. I actually liked the design aesthetic and thought it was a fairly sleek design. The build quality is decent. They feel fairly tough. I dropped them in the case a couple times on accident. Some dings on the case but it seemed to be fairly durable. Set up is not as straightforward as native apple items but there is a very helpful guide online on the Belkin website. There are two buttons on the case. One of them is resetting while the other is used for setting up the Find My function. You can connect to bluetooth via keeping the case open or touching and holding the touch sensitive controls to pair. If you want to increase or decrease the earbud size then you can do that. Then, you are all set. In terms of its features, it is definitely packed. It has the Qi wireless charging capability. You can charge via USB-C as well. It has touch sensitive controls that you can use for both calls and music. I thought the touchpads worked very nicely. It is one of the first and currently few third-party devices that are compatible with Find My. It is sweat resistant so it can handle a workout. It has sensors to know when the earbuds are taken out and auto pause/play. The earbuds have good range and I could go around the house without cutting out. They are fairly comfortable. The battery life is good. I did not get quite 8 hours, a little bit more than 7 but pretty close. You get about 4 more cycles from the charging case. I definitely was not charging regularly and I was getting by fine. In terms of the sound quality, I feel like this is where it cut some corners. It definitely might be personal preference, but the sound was not too well balanced to my ears. The highs were overrepresented and the mids were quiet. The bass was actually not too prominent which is something all earbuds struggle with in my opinion. They were also a lot more quiet than I expected. Where these did much better is call quality. The Advanced Environmental Noise Cancellation works very well and usually I hate talking on earbuds and listening to people on earbuds but these worked well. In my opinion, these equal or even outperform more expensive buds when it comes to calls. However, not many people buy earbuds just for calls. The Advanced Environmental Noise Cancellation only works during calls and not during media consumption. All in all, there are alot of features but I would say its main functionality of listening to media was where it struggled. It is definitely a more affordable option and even more so when it goes on sale.

Verdict: The Belkin Freedom earbuds provide a reliable solution for music and handsfree phone calls on the go. Great battery life and the ability to find your earbuds if lost, make these a very nice option for every-day use. Initial impressions. The case is compact. The earbuds look sleek and do no protrude too far out of the ear horizontally because of the extended vertical part of the earbud body. Setup. No issues during setup; it took less than 30 seconds to install. App. There is no app that I could find for these earbuds. I think this is a missed opportunity to leverage technology to expand the capabilities of the earbuds, for example through custom equalizers, custom controls, custom power settings, and access to customer service. Comfort. These earbuds fit my ears well. I am comfortable wearing them for two to three hours. I also wear them to work out, including cardio; the fit is tight enough to maintain the earbuds in the ears during high impact exercises. If the fit out-of-the-box isn’t suitable for one’s ears, there are two other ear tip options. Sound. The overall sound quality is decent. Mids and highs are good, but lows are lacking. Also, because there is no app, so the only way to increase base is through the settings on the iPhone. From there, you can use bass boost to increase your lows a little. While the sound quality will be suitable for most people, I don’t recommend these earphones for audiophiles. Controls. The default controls are adequate. They allow for start/stop, skip forward/backwards, volume up/down, and voice assistant. Phone call controls include answer/hang up, mute, and volume up/down. These control options are ample, but the ability to customize controls would have been nice. Features. “Find my device” is really the only notable feature of these earphones. It works well, and offers a really nice perk for a small device like earbuds. Also, this functionality is really nice when available at a lower price point than other Apple devices. Things I love: - Easy setup - Comfortable to wear for a few hours - Good fit; suitable for high impact workouts - Pretty good range - Very compact case - 8 hours of continuous playtime, and 28 hours more by charging with the case - The excellent app enhances the user and listening experience - “Find My” device functionality - The case is wireless charging compatible - Voice assistant is easily accessible by default - IPX5 rated: protected from the toughest workouts and unexpected rain - Very good passive noise cancellation through good ear tip fit - It uses USB-C Things I don’t love: - An app would enhance the functionality of these earbuds - Sound is decent enough for listening on the go, but could be much better on the lows Conclusion. These are solid earbuds for the price range, and provide a great entry point for locatable earbuds. I plan to use these for workouts and for other listening on the go. I think that most people who buy these will love them.
