I love these earbuds. The only thing I don't like: it was very difficult to get them to pair to certain devices.

Nice Earbuds with some minor flaws

The Belkin Soundform Freedom earbuds are a very nice set of true wireless earbuds. They have many features that have become expected with wireless buds and have good sound quality as well. At the same time, they suffer from some of the same issues almost all wireless buds suffer.
To start, the ear buds feel very nice to the touch. They feel like a well made, high quality product. Both the charging case and the buds have some glossy surface areas, which will definitely be prone to fingerprints and smudges. Just something to be aware of if that is something that will bother you. As has become standard, these buds come with 3 sizes of ear tips; small, medium, and large. I have large ears, and the large tips fit just fine. They are comfortable and block out a good amount of ambient noise. In addition to the ear tips, there is also a USB-A to USB-C charging cable in the box. No wall plug, so you’ll have to provide your own. Speaking of charging, the buds and case hold a great charge. The buds themselves have an 8 hour battery life, while the case can hold up to 28 hours more. Real world usage will vary depending on usage behavior as well as features used, but I would venture to guess these will last the average person a full week of regular use without needing a recharge. These earbuds feature touch sensitive controls which can be used for a variety of different functions. I personally prefer tactile buttons over touch controls, but these are not the worst I’ve used. The number of taps for each function can be a bit confusing, especially if you are used to how other brands have done it. Volume up/down is one tap on the right/left earbud, respectively. While I love that they actually included volume functionality unlike many other brands, I don’t understand why they assigned it to one tap. One tap is usually reserved for play/pause. Two taps is play/pause, while 3 taps is previous/next track. It will take some getting used to, and you are bound to do many incorrect commands before you get the hang of it. You can also activate Siri/Google by holding either touchpad for 2 seconds. I would have preferred Hey Siri/Google functionality instead, but one tap is better than no integration at all. Overall, the controls are a bit of a mixed bag, but not a deal breaker. One last feature these earbuds have is Apple Find My integration. It’s actually quite useful and not very difficult to set up. Once you are set up, you can use the functionality to see where your buds last were located, and even have them emit a tone once you are close enough so that you can really pinpoint where they are. Very useful feature, however, I do have some concerns over how this will affect the overall battery life of the earbuds. Finally, I will talk about sound quality. These fall somewhere right in the middle of the pack of earbuds I have tested. They are not the best, but they are far from the worst. Most people will find them perfectly acceptable. The bass is present, but not super heavy like some competitors. If you are looking for a ton of bass, these probably aren’t what you're looking for. Overall, I think they are a nice sounding set of earbuds that I think most people will be more than happy with.
In conclusion, the Belkin Soundform Freedom wireless earbuds are a great pair of earbuds. They have nice sound quality and are packed with features you would expect from wireless earbuds. The controls are a bit confusing, but you’ll probably get used to them over time. They also have great battery life and the Apple Find My integration is the cherry on top. Overall, these are a great all around set of earbuds with just a few minor flaws.

Belkin - SOUNDFORM Freedom Wireless Earbuds
Some very nice features but lacking in other areas.
With so many choices of wireless earbuds on the market, it always pays to compare the features for earbuds in your price range to get what you need, as the different brands may or may not meet your particular requirements. With that said, this review is based on my personal preferences and needs.
The Belkins have excellent battery life and reasonable sound. Setup and pairing are seamless and the earbuds maintain a good connection at reasonable distances if you walk around the house without your phone in hand. The fit is snug and comfortable for extended periods of use. If you remove an earbud to have a chat, the buds will automatically “pause” and then resume when you put the bud back in. There is a built-in “Air Tag” feature for finding a lost or misplaced earbud, which works OK and would come in handy if you tend to roam about and are concerned about losing a bud on your adventures. During phone calls, there is a function Belkin calls “Environmental Noise Cancellation” which is similar to ANC, and this helps with the clarity of your voice when making calls – but this only works during phone calls and is not available for other uses. So for these purposes, the Belkins work well and perform acceptably for listening to music and videos, and catching phone calls. The sound quality is OK, but the range and response might be less than desired if you are used to high-end earbuds or headphones. Wireless charging is a nice feature if you are used to having that for your devices.
Features that I personally miss are a phone app to check battery levels and customize the sound and controls. You control all functions from the taps/buttons on the earbuds, and as with all buds with button controls, you will want to play around to get the hang of what taps perform what functions. For the price, I would have expected ANC, and if you are used to buds or a headset with ANC, you will definitely notice the difference.
Overall, if you use your buds for a lot of phone calls and like wireless charging, these may suit your needs. If you are sensitive to music quality and want to personalize your sound settings, and are used to having ANC, you might want to consider an alternative model.
Happy Holidays from Central Georgia!

Ok, these are sofar the worst earbuds i have ever had. A few days after purchase the left side started working on and off and until it was completely gone. Now it's the right side, it looses connection all the time. 2 months later the charging system is also acting up and I know it will die eventually and that will be the end of these. I'm very disappointed. I paid too much for this

Belkin Soundform Freedom Earbuds - Awesome!

Arrived and was happy to see you could use the enclosed USB-C cord to charge (no actual charger is included) or better yet you can set it on your wireless charger, which I did. A red light blinks on front of case until it's fully charged and then the light turns white. You have 3 sets of silicone ear adapters to choose from...SMALL, MEDIUM or LARGE. My iPhone found these right away on bluetooth and because I use them mainly for talking on the phone it was nice to learn I only needed one out at a time. The people on the other end did say they heard some light static every time I spoke, but they sounded great to me. After that I put both in my ears and started to listen to some of my favorite tunes in different genres of music. To my surprise everything sounded totally awesome! The bass, the mids and highs were spot on, rich and full...at least to my hearing. They are also SUPER comfortable to wear! I hardly knew they were in my ears. I literally didn't have to attempt adjusting anything as they were perfect right out of the box for me. The case is a little slippery when you're trying to open it to remove the earbuds but other than that all is good. For the price I feel these are an excellent buy and I am so happy I ordered them! Highly recommended!

Cheap feel, but good sound

My first impressions of these headphones were not that great… The box is thin, the case feels like cheap plastic, as do the headphones themselves, and the added earpieces are in unmarked little envelopes rather than affixed to the packaging in any way. Everything about these headphones screams lower quality than expected.
Audio – these have quite good sound. I’ve tested a lot of headphones, and the sound is well rounded here. I’ve had more expensive headphones with much worse sound, so it does not disappoint in this area.
Touch Controls – Not terribly usable. You can tap once to increase/decrease volume (depending on the ear), twice to play/pause/answer/hang up, and three times to skip forward or back. In practice, you can usually only adjust the volume. Most of the times that I tried to skip forward, it ended up just raising the volume 3 notches. Almost unusable, at least not reliably so.
Feel – These feel pretty good in the ear. Most in-ear headphones will randomly fall out of my ears, but these fit well enough and are light enough that this was never a problem, even on longer walks outside.
Battery – Seems to be about as advertised.
Noise Cancelling – I have to assume that “environmental noise cancelling” just means that it naturally blocks out sound by fitting into the ear. This is fine. Don’t expect active noise cancelling.
Overall – Inexpensive feel, but nice sounding headphones. The touch controls aren’t very usable, but they do stay in well.

Belkin's Soundform is some really decent earbuds that do the job when you need them. With these, the endurance of battery life is extremely long-lasting. I was able to get about 7 hours out of them during my day of use jogging on the lakefront. They managed to stay within the ear and form-fitted but they do feel a little bigger in comfort level. The case also provides about 28 hours of extra charge with it, this is great for long sessions out.
The sound of the earbuds is great but at this range, but to me, the bass isn't strong enough nor is the leveling. Long story short they are a little better than the average earbuds. While music listening is awesome for the Soundform...Calls is another story. Phone calls were muddy and watery and I couldn't detect if it was from my own network. They just didn't sound good at all with phone calls and that lead to slight disappointment. The feature I wanted to keep an eye out for was the ability to use Apple "Find My" with the earbuds; Finally, affordable earbuds that you can track with your Apple device.
It works, it works well. Just works at its most basic form which is a great start. You can track the earbuds if they get lost or you just can't find them. this makes them unique for the time being as there aren't many third parties that can use this feature. The potential is there for Belkin to keep this feature around for future use and make it more customer-friendly.
Overall, The earbuds are good and they are cheap in price. Just not the best in earbuds but a feature like "Find my" makes it worth it if you don't want to deal with just Apple all the time. The Soundform is a great subsite honestly. "Find My" is something I can't wait for Belkin to add to higher-end earbuds.

Volume is low. I have really good ears and it was even low for me. I hate how when you take on ear bud out the music stops playing. Then if you touch the ear bud it turns the music down or off. It’s a mess as to say it nicely since i can’t put what i really want

The Belkin soundform Freedom wireless earbuds are a great alternative to a popular alternative available from Apple. I was impressed by the quality of the case and the overall feel in my hand. The hinge on the case does not seem as strong as some alternatives on the market so time will tell as to how well it holds up with repeated open and closing. The Box includes a quick setup guide a USB c cable and different size tips so that you can find the best fit for your ear.
Once you find the right fit the pairing process is very easy, All you have to do is open the case and go to your bluetooth settings on your device to add the earbuds to your device. Once added the earbuds will automatically connect to your device when within range. The sound quality on the earbuds is great considering the price point is very nice. The bass and treble don't sound too garbled and they do a great job at isolating outside noise without true active noise cancellation. Phone calls were clear however some people were able to tell that I was speaking to them through headphones. Battery life on the headphones are rated at 8 hrs of playtime with an additional 28 hrs available via the charging case. While traveling I was easily able to get 32 hrs out of my earbuds/case before having to recharge them. Charging the case can be done via the included USB c cable or via wireless charging. The earbuds are also one on the first 3rd party accessories that take advantage of the find my function on any mac or iOS device. The feature however is only capable of locating the case only not the individual earbud. The earbuds have a IPX5 rating so you don't have to worry about them getting ruined by sweat during a workout.
Overall these are a great set of earbuds whether or not you are on a tight budget as it seems unnecessary to spend double for something that will do the same job. Overall I think if you are looking for new wireless earbuds then you can't go wrong by purchasing the Belkin Soundform Freedom wireless earbuds.

I was given an opportunity to receive my SOUNDFORM, Freedom Wireless Earbuds completely for free, in exchange for writing a follow-up review about them. Honestly, I was content with the earbuds I currently own, but I was pleasantly surprised when I sampled these, and actually ended up preferring them, over my own. I was first impressed by the music quality, especially the bass. A lot of music that I tend to enjoy the most usually has a pretty heavy bass to go with it, and while that bass sounds good using the custom speakers I have in my car, it rarely translates the same when using headphones or earbuds-the bass just tends to dominate the music, and all other key parts of the song, such as the lyrics, and the melody, become muffled, and difficult to hear. Not to mention, too much bass hurts your ears! With these earbuds though, the bass sounds the way it was intended to, and all parts of the song are heard clearly, and at the appropriate levels. Another impressive feature was the length of the battery life, because after seven hours of off and on use, they were still going strong! The earbuds hold 8 hours of charge, and the case that holds them has wireless charging power for 28 hours, which is A LOT longer than any other earbuds I have ever owned. I liked how comfortable they remained, especially after wearing them for an extended period of time. However, I didn't necessarily find the comfort of these earbuds to be any better, or any worse, than any other brand I have used before. All in all though, having had the chance to try them out for myself, I will most definitely be upgrading to the SOUNDFORM, Freedom Wireless Earbuds. I would also absolutely recommend these earbuds to anyone, also in the market for a comfortable pair of quality earbuds.

The Belkin - SOUNDFORM Freedom True Wireless Earbuds - Black is a great sounding pair of earbuds. After charging them from red to amber to white for a full charge, they immediately showed up on my phone screen and began to pair. Once connected, I tried all of the functionality of the command sequences. The earbuds are highly sensitive. I find myself pressing the correct amount of times, but nothing happens immediately. There is a delay of operation, due to the sensitivity of the command button on the earbuds. All of the command sequences in the instructions work as stated, I just need to be extra careful to press slowly. The sound is excellent with total clarity of vocals and instruments with a nice amount of bass. They fit snug in my ear and I have multiple cushions to change the fit. Calls come in clear and shut off other audio functions. Pressing the earbuds two times on the right and left sides answer and end phone calls. The Belkin - SOUNDFORM Freedom True Wireless Earbuds - Black are a great pair of earbuds to have in my ears.
