Mac mini not so good

(I think). When I connected the two I got this disclaimer that set to check compatibility or something. Note, the description said it's universal. No, it's not. My Surface Book 2 has Windows 10. Yeah, no. Anyways, it looked pretty promising.

I can get one of my monitors to work and the USB works some of the time. The support for the product is absolutely worthless. It's supposed to come with an owner's manual but mine just came with some pictures describing the ports and the multi-language caution sheet. Don't bother trying to get help online from Belkin, all you can get from them is the same description you get from Best Buy. It's pretty bad when the manufacturer doesn't even have a copy of the user guide on their website.
