I can get one of my monitors to work and the USB works some of the time. The support for the product is absolutely worthless. It's supposed to come with an owner's manual but mine just came with some pictures describing the ports and the multi-language caution sheet. Don't bother trying to get help online from Belkin, all you can get from them is the same description you get from Best Buy. It's pretty bad when the manufacturer doesn't even have a copy of the user guide on their website.

Would have preferred more USB 2+ and HDMI ports Thought it was a bit too pricey also.

If I plug in my dell soundbar, it cuts out every few seconds. If I plug in my mouse or keyboard, they cut out every few seconds as well. The only thing that works is the monitors but I occasionally (maybe once a month) lose connection to a monitor and have to unplug it and replug it back in a couple times to get it to come back up.

This docking station if fine; the only con is the wire to hook-up to laptop is extremely short. It would have been nicer if the manufacturer considered this when designing.

The monitor does not support less than 31hz so the similar Apple unit doesn’t work with it (Apple unit only supports up to 30hz). Wish lush would include USB-C power pass-through (for charging the laptop) and an additional USB 3 port, but those aren’t deal-breakers in my situation. Would recommend.
