Since Macs don't have "ports" anymore, this is a great option to expand usability without taking up a ton of room on your desk. Use mine for dual monitors, webcam, and keyboard/mouse. Great setup.

It didn't work with my setup of a Lenovo Yoga C940 and 2-Dell Monitors. Couldn't ever get the USB ports to work either. Ended up using my dell WD15 dock station from work and everything works great now.

Works Much Better than the j5Create

I bought this as a replacement for a recently purchase j5Create docking station. The j5 couldn't handle dual monitors plus a MacBook screen without a special port. Belkin worked as advertised. I couldn't be happier!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this docking station to be able to connect two monitors and replace a standard USB 3.0 adapter (which makes my computer really slow). I had a high expectation of this product, but unfortunately, it didn't work. When connected to my computer, just one screen at time was working. There is no drive to download because it's a "plug and play" device. I checked all my drives for updating and everything is up to date (including the Thunderbolt software). Talking to the Belkin support, it was a pretty bad experience. After chatting for few minutes going through the problem, I was asked for a receipt, for a picture of the product, for my address and when I said no for my address (because that was too much personal information just to try to solve my issue), I was told the information would be used for a replacement... why not just say that before ask for all the information? After chatting with the support, someone called and went through all the possible resolutions, but again, the person was not much qualified and was insisting me to test a DisplayPort, which I told several times that my computer doesn't have the port and I didn't have the cable and the representative was insisting me to test that out. Frustrating! I had to buy another docking station from a different brand and I'm returning this to BestBuy.

When I add an FHD monitor, they both start to cut out. It doesn't seem to be a limitation of the graphics card.

Ordered the Thunderbolt 3 and 2 monitors to simulate my office setup (which consisted of a different MFG's components). The Thunderbolt 3 failed to boot my laptop as a would be expected. I had to settle for using my laptop screen and one external monitor connected directly to my laptop.

Easy to use, doe snot require and drivers. So far it has been working great for her. Most adapter I found did not have two HDMI ports on them, but this one did.

For the money two usb-c adapters would be useful. Doesn’t power an external hard drive. Maybe I’ll maximize it’s possibility down the road
