I only had this since September and now the Letter T key does not work. Stay away from this product. A person uses the T key a lot. Not a happy person.

      Hi, Johnskeyboard,

Your ultimate Pro Keyboard Case should last longer than what you have described. Please try updating the firmware and resetting the keyboard by pressing the four corner keys for 5 seconds. Should you need a hand, email us your contact details and the link to this review at [email protected]. We'd be more than happy to help.

    Love the new design

I have had Belkin keyboard cases for other iPads, but have to say that I like this newest version. The fact that the keyboard portion is removable, and can be changed with an Apple Smart Cover was the selling point for me, since I don't always need the keyboard or want the extra weight. It is a little pricey, but, I feel, worth it!

    versatile keyboard case

I love how the iPad can be detachable from the keyboard. It is much lighter than the Targus Versu4-1 case that I tried out before. The layout on the keyboard makes it easy to type

    Good, flexible iPad protection

I really like the flexibility of this keyboard case allowing you to separate the keyboard from the iPad for times when having the keyboard would make the iPad too thick. I use an Apple Smart cover for those times when I don't want to take the keyboard along. The keyboard adds quite a bit of functionality with backlights, media control and other special keys. My only complaint is that after less than 6 months of use, the rubber on the back of the keyboard has come unglued.

    Huge disappointment

The case enclosing the iPad is attached to the keyboard by a weak magnet (this arrangement enables the iPad to be situated horizontally or vertically when typing). Be prepared to have the iPad constantly separate from the keyboard and drop on the floor as a result. A nice concept poorly executed.

    Belkin lets me down

I am reasonably technologically proficient: with five MacBook Pros, four iPads, two iPhone 6's, I've learned enough to keep them all running reasonably well. Purchased the iPad Pro 9.7", which has the same dimensions as the iPad Air 2, so bought this keyboard case. I was initially excited, since I've used a number of Belkin products and have always had pretty good luck. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time. The case and keyboard are fine -- good fit and finish, and, when the keyboard actually worked, it was a joy to type on. The problem was that the bluetooth connectivity was intermittent at best. After an initial 15 minutes of no problems, the keyboard suddenly decided it would only connect to bluetooth sporadically, if at all. I spent the better part of an afternoon connecting, dropping, reconnecting, then dropping again. Frustrating beyond belief. As much as I appreciate the keyboard and the form factor of the overall case, this one's going back. I'm not going to exchange -- I'm going to switch to another manufacturer all together. That kind of frustration I don't need. Yes, I'm sure Belkin will add its two paragraphs about we're so sorry and thanks for your input, but it doesn't change the fact that this device was a sorry experience.

Could not wait to use this, bought it after I ordered my IPad. I have had it for 2 months now. The magnet does not hold the IPad very well. In my option too easy to take apart. While typing I am constantly having to readjust the IPad to reconnect the keyboard. Went I went to get instructions out of the package they did not exist. Since it was on sale I really wonder what I got. (something that someone messed up and returned?) over my 30 days to return. Not happy at all

      Hi Zoeyde,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. If you’re using an iPad Air 2, then the magnets should hold the tablet in either portrait or landscape modes. Please provide us a photo of it at [email protected] with your contact details and the link to this review so we can look into this.

    Extremely disappointed!

I bought this back in October of 2015. After 5 months, all of the magnetic strips were coming loose and peeling off. I requested a replacement from Belkin. They mailed it to me, and after only 2 days, a couple of the keys were malfunctioning (I'd press them repeatedly before they would function at all). I phoned them and it took an hour with customer service for them to say they'll send me another one. I requested a refund but they wouldn't do that for me since I didn't purchase it from their website. I'm so frustrated and annoyed with this product. If I'm going to spend $150 on a keyboard, it should work properly and be quality for longer than a few months (or a couple of days...). I'm never going to buy another Belkin product again.
