Great keyboard and cover if I the light worked

So everything works well but no light. The backlighted keyboard was one of the main reasons for purchasing. Maybe it's something I'm not doing to make it work but if someone could share some insight on this matter it would be a perfect keyboard.

Excellent Case and Keyboard

This case was built with close tolerances. The bluetooth syncing was easy.The keypad is engaged when the keyboard is in one of its three possible reclining positions. The case magnetically "snaps" into one of the three reclining positions. Snap it out and bluetooth goes off, there is no bluetooth switch to turn off.

Does not hold charge
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my daughter who is consistently on her iPad for school and we have found that it was hard to charge (we'd have it charging for hours and it would only char 50%) and when we did finally get it to charge it only held it for a good hour or two. My daughter was rather frustrated as she was trying to use her iPad for homework assignments with the new keyboard it just wasn't worth the frustration with the charging issues.

The back light is an awesome feature and the main reason I paid the extra bucks over some of the cheaper keyboards (you get what you pay for). No need for the replacement protection plan. This product does what it claims however I thought it would connect wireless without actually having to touch the ipad. That's why I give it four instead of stars. If

Your feedback is important to us. It sounds strange that your Keyboard case fits to your iPad Pro 9.7", however it's not working properly. Have you tried unpairing and rebooting the keyboard? What about updating the firmware? For now, we suggest to reboot the Keyboard by holding the four (4) corner keys down for five (5) seconds until the LED flashes red and blue alternately.
