I work a hybrid schedule so I needed this for my work laptop. I make sure I don’t bend it and make sure everything is plugged in correctly. Today it officially crapped out and both of the USB ports no longer work. I restarted my computer. I restarted my monitor. I unplugged the docking station. I followed all of the steps that Google recommended and nothing worked. I’ve ensured that the keyboard and mouse that I use are functional and they just stop working the second I plug them into the USB ports in this docking station. I am extremely disappointed and will not be repurchasing this product.
