Will not working on my Mac

I accidentally ordered 2 belkin smart cards. no one caught this and I was charged $33 each. at this point I'm keeping both smart cards because it's too much for me to go to up etc. I don't have a phone number for av. if I did this would help. in terms of delivery time it was excellent.
