Honestly you can get a cheaper smart card reader on Amazon that will do the exact same thing. I only bought this because I needed it same day but in hindsight I would rather get one for half the price on Amazon.

Works great with a MacBook Air! Recommend to anyone looking for a CAC Reader; only downside is that it requires an adaptor to work with my computer.

This CAC ready does what it should. It's solid and doesn't have any connectivity issues. Use it for employee login to our systems and will be picking up some more.

I use it at home with my CAC card by connecting it to a docking station for my laptop. It’s a bit lighter in construction than the one I carry in my laptop bag when going on base.

This Common Access Card (CAC) reader is the easiest to use and install. All I did was connect it and was able to use it immediately. Definitely worth it!

I didn't even have to download the driver, computer found it quick enough. Really didn't require much set up for me other than plug and play. I use it for a military cac card.

It’s ok.. I have to sometimes unplug it and plug it back in so my computer can detect it. It might be my computer . It’s a good working product.
