It did not work for my (government) laptop, I couldn't login to my office network. I used another brand of smartcard PIV reader and then I was able to login without a problem.

Very difficult to connect

It only worked on a Windows based computer and even that was challenging. It took us over 2 hours to get connected and it wouldn’t allow access to everything that was needed either. Would I recommend this product? No. Would I buy it again? No. Did it work for us? Partially.
