Cooks very evenly and we love it. But do not use anything but rubber or wooden utensils. Do not scratch it or it will be ruined.

The Skillet looks nice when I opened the box,it works good for first few time after that when I fried fish or egg it stick to the pan real bad unless I use a lot of oil,that what you get for what you paid,oh I own this skillet for year and still using it.

As with al these, in my experience, you will have slight uneven heating. Wish it was as wide as their griddle
