It's a fryer, what do you expect

Frying Capacity Should Be More

The basket that you must use for this doesn't have a very large capacity for something that takes almost 4 quarts of oil to operate. Could only fit 2 fish fillets in the basket. The filter on the lid is almost useless as your house will still smell like Popeyes!

Larger than expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the oil bath was much larger than expected which allows you to fry more food at one time, it takes a significant amount of time to get the oil hot enough for crispy anything. Additionally it's hard to clean as you end up throwing a lot of oil and have to replace it if you are cleaning after each fry. I think I would like it more if the oil bath was about half the size with a temperature max of 450.
