Very disappointing - broke right away

Second time it worked for the first batch, then stopped heating. I cleaned, hit the reset button. Doesn't work anymore. And it's past the return period.

Useless Product - Bella - 3.7-Quart Deep Fryer

Very poor service by Best buy and Bella by shipping this product twice which doesn't function or doesn't even start at all. I followed all the instruction on the manual even best rep couldn't figure it out. Just awful and pathetic services.

When I used it for the very first time, it stopped working in the middle of frying chicken, my chicken was ruined. I returned it to the store for a refund, I chose not to get a replacement.

I assembled it and when I was ready to turn it on, the power knob which also controls the temperature setting, was broken. Very disappointing.
