Don’t buy - please read!!!

I found out after I mailed FIVE of them out across the U.S. as Christmas gifts. I received ZERO support from customer support when I asked for a refund and told because I called all of my family members that I had sent the gift to, and told them to throw it away. They told me I had to return the items, which I told them I couldn’t. A supervisor was supposed to call me back in 49 hours, and never did. I’m disgusted that Best Buy would sell a product like this with the large warning hidden on the bottom of the box!

The containers' volume is closer to 1 quart if you want to be able to stir without sloshing. Very handy that the 3 pots have their own controls. Use one, two or all three. No serving spoons were included, and the lid rests made me a little nervous, but worked.
