Does not warm food

This product is for keeping food warm ONLY. You can not take food from the refrigerator direct to this device and expect the food to be warm for your guests. The outside of the unit became extremely hot, too hot to touch, and the food inside the pots remained cold over 1 hour later. Took the food out, re-heated conventionally, and placed back in pots. The unit did keep the food warm after that but the extra step was burdensome.

My husband bought me 1 last year for Christmas, but i didn't get it until after New Years, and therefore, i didnt get to use it for the holidays, hence the reason i wanted it; & 2 of the 3 were broken Oh, i was so mad. I was Ferious. I mean steaming

Great Unit - Horrible Company

I bought this unit, very excited to use it during the holiday parties. I unpacked it and found that it rocked on a flat surface. I knew that I bought the last one at the store so emailed Bella Customer Service. I received a very fast reply to call them at 1-866-832-4843 and I called that day. It has now been about 22 hours since I bought the unit. The service center that was not able to help me get this unit repaired or replaced. I was told to jam something under the foot to stop the wobble or take it back, get a refund and go somewhere else to buy it. I did explain that I bought the last one at the store. I asked them what the warranty covered. It appears that Bella does not repair anything; the best you will get is a refund of some sort. Repairs or replacement parts they don’t do. So buyer beware if you buy this and anything is wrong the manufacturer will be no help.
