    I purchased this online, and when I received it I was pleasantly surprised. For the price, it is of a better quality than I expected and the ceramic pots are larger than I expected too. The lid holders and slotted pots for the spoons are handy features.

    My only complaint, it doesn't get hot enough to actually cook. This is what I expected, and all I really wanted. I planned on using it for buffet service and for that, it's perfect. Just be forwarned, if you want to cook, this won't do it. That said, Best Buy service was beyond excellent. I ordered it late one night for next day pick-up. I arrived minutes after store opening and my order was there, ready to come home with me.
