    I like it, but is the same problem that I see on others people reviews.. arrive with blows, I bought two and they are both the same

    Shipping damage at Christmas

    Good product. Outside carton was damaged. Small dent in the product. Disappointing as it was a Christmas Present and didn't have time to return t.

    No spoons included like box and site descripts say

    Everything says spoons included but there were none. We went out and bought a set of spoons to go with it ourselves.

    This took weeks to get.. finally when it arrived in the store Ordered this and picked it up in the store. I was called and A** hole for asking for a receipt. Then when walking out I was extremely imbarrassed because the alarm when off and I didn't have a receipt. I was told to just leave after explaining that I didn't have a receipt. This was one of the worse experiences in a store I have ever had.

    Crocks don't really hold 2.5 quarts of food

    While the unit seems great, the crocks are smaller than I anticipated. They say "2.5 quarts" but that fills them to the brim. You can't really put 2.5 quarts of food in them.

    It did a good job of keeping food warm. I can’t imagine it actually cooking anything though. I had it on high for keeping gravy, potatoes and veggies warm.

    Small pots

    The containers were smaller than expected. I would need to out the same type of food in all 3 pots to cook 1 meal to feed my family.

    They Keep Sending Returned Items!

    I really can't say much as to the quality of these, but since they are not avail in-store, they have to be shipped. I have ordered these twice and both times were sent returned items--the glass lids on the second one even had grease smudges and water stains after they were used. I have no intention of using someone else's returned USED cookware. Those should be sold as open-box or set as defective (if appropriate). If you can get a sealed package, it might be worth it, but I'm not going to try for a third time.

    Pots are easily broken, and Bella does not offer a replacement. Sensio the company that handles Bella warranties do not give good customer service. I submitted a claim for a replacement and after 47 days, the decision was "no replacement pots in stock". Buyer beware. I will not be purchasing any more Bella products and will not recommend Bella to anyone I know.

    do not warm up as fast as I like --it a very slow cooker ---like you need to start overnight cooking in this slow cooker ---It took 4 hours just to warm up meat balls---but it look good on display for events

    The cap on the lid handle came off picking it up and it doesn’t heat up as much as i wanted to, if you put it on high it heats up like its on low. Not very worth it

    Doesn’t hold much, heat settings are deceptive, I use these to hold food at gatherings, I don’t even turn it on anymore. Bulky, just was not what I expected.
