Replacement Parts

They told me to call back in 90 days. :-( We are sorry, the 2.5QT is not available for replacement currently. We can notify you by email once it has restocked. Electrical burning odor when using.

Following Thanksgiving the unit gave off a strong electrical burning smell. All in attendance complained! Been trying for the past 11 months to get an explanation to solve the problem, but the manufacturer doesn't answer the Customer Service number and doesn't respond to emails. Won't put my guests through the ordeal again!

It would catch on fire and start smoking out of the bottom every time I turned it on. I was never actually able to use the product. I can’t return it either, since Best Buy has a very short two week return policy. DO NOT BUY
