Finally use my new toaster oven and I love it. I don't see a problem with how long it takes. Nor the crumb tray it's a push pull no problem kinda neat really. I prefer this oven over the microwave any day. Never been a microwave fan no way. Food heat evenly how ever I do have a small piece of foil in the crumb tray there should be a liner there. Maybe some parchment paper instead. It's sporty sleek love love love it. I've had my oven for 5 days now.

Really basic, standard, functional product. Like the small footprint. Will come update over time if it doesn’t last. A couple usability annoyances, probably safety features (that I find inconvenient). The door only rests at fully open or closed, a spring prevents it from sitting part way, requiring full clearance in front of it and opening in one motion. And the tray/rack does not slide out part way. Instructions state not to stick utensils inside, much like with a toaster, so I get the best practice is to go in with protected hand(s) to pull the entire tray out, probably set it on a sturdy heat safe surface. Retrieving food is mostly a two-handed, all-in job which is an adjustment for us. Our previous vertical toaster oven with two rack layers had a top rack that moved with the door, which was convenient and maybe less hazardous given its smaller size. Sometimes you need (want) to do things in stages, like open the door part way, move some stuff around on the counter, finish opening the door, pull the tray out halfway, rearrange a plate, finish pulling out the tray to move food into the plate. But safety-oriented design I’m all for, so we’ll just bear with the safe way to do things.

I love this little kitchen gadget. Pros: - Small - we have it on top of the microwave - Toast bread perfectly - Warms and crispd food fairly fast Con - the tray gets really dirty/greasy/burned. We typically have to add aluminum foil before using it.

I needed a small toaster oven for the space on my counter. This is a very nice one. It heats and cooks quickly. My only con is that the crumb tray is not easy to remove - it is the bottom of the oven.

I like this toaster. We are able to toast a variety of items. They only drawback that I have noticed is, the silver toasting tray darkens after first use and is no longer silver. I have tried cleaning it with several different products with the same result. It continues to darken with use. The toaster does what is expected, so i will keep it

I love this toaster oven. So small and perfect for the counter just enough for a reheat of a plate. The only downside is the crumb tray is connected and you must lift the entire appliance to empty.

Good product for the price. The only draw back is I think it should have had a crumb tray at the bottom of the unit. But other than that it works fine and is not overly large.

The Bella 4-slice Toaster Oven is a good product for the price. It cooks evenly and is easy to use. The only drawback is that the crumb tray is not removable. It can be hard to get all of the crumbs.

Simple and easy to use, my only cons is that the tray stinks easily

Had this for 1 month already. Works great. This was my first toaster oven and I love it so far. But would like it better with a pull out crumb tray. And also for the tray, the tray is not sturdy enough, its warped after a few use and no longer back in its regular shape. But overall the oven itself is good.

I thought it had a extra tray for the bottom but it does not and I would have liked that, but it is a perfect toaster over so I do enjoy it and it works great!

The tray that came with this set was a bit bent/ not straight. But it's not a big deal. Otherwise, it works well!!

Cheapest one but only drawback is that tray does not pull out automatically when you open the main glass.door.

everything works ok but there is no crumb tray. This make clean difficult.

It takes a little while to heat up and also doesn’t have a crumb tray but I got this on sale for $15. Can’t really beat that

I don’t like the position of the crumb tray. It’s hard to find and and difficult to use.

Ive only used my toaster oven a couple of times but each time i have, i’ve noticed that the tray (bottom part) gets hotter than the top part and ends up burning my food from the bottom. food doesn’t heat up evenly.

I bought this unit on sale to replace a toaster oven I had until it crapped out on me. Maybe it's just my preference but the unit it replaced had a tray underneath to catch crumbs, grease, etc. Otherwise, solid little unit.
