Definitely like how this little oven cooks, but disappointed at its poor build quality. I just bought this about 6 weeks ago. We're two adults, no kids, treat our stuff gently and didn't even use the oven's highest temp settings - yet you can see how the unit already looks totally beat up with burn marks across top & sides outside and on pan itself. I have to soak the baking pan in baking soda/vinegar overnight and scrub hard after every use, but there's nothing I can do about the exterior of the oven itself. I've owned many toaster ovens and didn't experience this issue until years after initial use. The appliance looks like total crap after just 6 weeks - I'm embarrassed for others to see it in my kitchen.

Mine arrived without the cooking tray or rack. Its just a box with a heating element.

I deeply regret buying this toaster oven. The only two features that work properly is bake and broil/bagel. When you go to use the toast feature it pretty much burns everything no matter how light you put the setting. it only has one level for the shelf so if you’re looking to bake something like a tuna melt on a bagel, it’s going to touch the top light and is a safety hazard. You can’t exactly clean out the bottom of this toaster like it states either… To do that you have to remove the bottom of the toaster. I got this toaster because it would be really small on my countertop and figured that was more important than having a really amazing toaster oven. I was dead wrong save your money and don’t buy this product. If you do buy it, you’re guaranteed to really hate it.

This toaster oven has always had a very specific hot zone (far right side) but has progressively gotten worse over time. When toasting bread, you have to flip it over or one side will completely burn while the other will still be soft. This morning was the last straw when it started my son's bread on fire after a very short period of time (again, other side wasn't even cooked all the way.) The other issue is the design. There is a little lip on the slotted tray that catches any time you use the flat try on it preventing you from just sliding it out. You have to lift it up as you slide it out - seemingly unnecessary design 'flaw'. Also, the door tends to pop right back up when doing this. After having several toaster ovens over the years (usually get the cheapest and just replace every couple years), this is by far the worst one. Recommend looking for a different model.

I had high hopes from all of the positive reviews, but we were very disappointed with the unit. Our old unit had a digital display (including clock) which was nice, but after daily use for 5 years it finally died. I wanted a unit under $50 with basic features and this seemed like the perfect unit based on the reviews and features. I wish it had a digital display, but I was willing to live with the low-tech knobs. I like the size, no-nonsense features and price point, but we just could not get it to toast evenly. We tried different settings and times, but we couldn’t get it to toast evenly. It would routinely burn part of our breakfast waffles, which was the main reason we even bought the unit. We ended up returning the until and getting an Insignia model which has similar features.

I so wanted this to be a great purchase. Not the toaster oven like the ones made years ago. Very simple and flimsy; but then again that’s what y’a get for 20 bucks. Tried to cook a small personal sized frozen pizza and it didn’t go well. Burnt the sides a as there is no way to lower tray. Outside of oven was very hot to the touch. Once timer was set there was no way to turn off oven. Honestly I didn’t try to figure that out as decision to return was already made. Bummer, could’ve been nice. Next time I’ll spend more and might get better quality.

I threw this in the trash - I got a good deal on it and had Best Buy credit so I tried it out. Too cheap. You have to move your toast all around if you don't want it to be burned in one area and soft bread in the other.

Its great but hate the way the glass door slams shut as you open and close. It the spring mechanism. Must use with care while hot.

Very cheaply made. You get what you paid for and I donated it.

Worst toaster I've ever owned. Good luck trying to not burn every single thing you put in this thing. Honestly you're better off putting your toast straight into the garbage, save yourself the time. Seriously, you actually have to stand next to it constantly watching whatever you put in there to see if it doesn't just suddenly burn. Currently typing this after burning yet another 2 pieces of toast that somehow manage to also have not toasted sections right next to completely burnt one's!

i can see why so many bad reviews. Tried to bake 4 biscuits.. while bottom burned , top wasnt even baking at all just drying out biscuits top knob gets very hot, even though is plastic, which makes me worried eventually will melt or burn out. then when i thought i turn food over,,oan started smiking, was burning further. i wa looking for small and low wattag toaster oven , but this is not good at all for more than warming things. now i regret throwing out my old one of hew years that was still much better than this and not much bigger. i actully could bake bred in it without bruning and broil chicken wings and legs.

Cooks unevenly, terrible for toast, and the bottom doesn’t slide out so it’s really hard to clean. In truth, a total piece of junk that fails to do its minimum job.

This toaster oven is terrible, it smokes every time I use it. Even after wiping it all down it still smokes. Worst toaster oven I've ever owned. It makes my food taste like the smoke it puts off. Couldn't believe it's only a 15 day return window so I missed my opportunity to return this piece of garbage.

I thought this would be a nice bare bones toaster oven. I plugged it in and turned it on to 300* to ensure the unit worked properly. It heated up, then cycled off and on rapidly after that....like every 3-5 seconds. The thermostat was obviously defective. I boxed the unit back up and returned to to BB for a refund.

As many products now a days, this toaster simply did not make the cut. It simply does after only five months of use, not even daily use. What a waste of money.

Complete waste of money. It took 20 minutest to brown a piece of toast. An Easy Bake Oven would work better for sure! Don't waste your money on this item!

I bought this Toaster Oven and i now decide to used it, it not working when i plug it in this is the first time something like this happen. Because Best Buy is the store I order all my electrical stuffs. I am very disappointed with this purchase , I don't know what i can do with a toaster that is not working you all at best buy tell me what should I do. This is the first time Best Buy got such a poor Rating from me

Tried several times and this BELLA Toaster Oven failed to toast evenly. I expected better quality in that I have a BELLA 12-cup coffee that makes the best quality coffee compared to other more expensive brands I've has in the past. Best Buy made the return process easy.

This toaster cooks unevenly. The first time it was used, it toasted the piece of bread on the left side of the toaster just fine while burning the one on the right. I would return but I missed the deadline by 2 days. I am out $20 for a piece of junk. My mother wanted a cheap toaster oven but not this cheap!
