Not a Real "Crisp" Unit

Have tried at different temps and cooking times and have not succeeded...come out either mushy or burnt.

Stopped Working

I barely used that. I contacted the manufacture for the warranty but after getting the requested information they never get backed to me. I think two weeks is a reasonable time to reply to the email. Overall, based on my experience I would not recommend this product. However, I know other people that are using this product without any problem.
