I use it to cook rice, boiled eggs and broccoli and it saves time and I will recommend it to everyone. Steaming also preserves the natural color and fiber of food. The taste of my food was great in less time. I will definitely recommend it to everyone

The rule of thumb with this device is to set it and forget it. Literally, all you do is set the timer and the device will heat to a programmed temp that's perfect. The setup of placing water is just the nature of this product, so a little mess is involved. However, this steamer gives your food a full steam experience and the stackable layers makes it a beast. Works well for steamed vegetables, rice, fish, shrimp, etc. by cooking these items healthily with steam. I would recommend this to everyone wanting to put a nutritious twist on their eating without breaking the bank or your resolutions. Buy and Be Happy!

I'm glad that I purchased this food steamer! It cooks perfectly. My mom has her own over the stove steamer but she now loves this Bella steamer because it's light and is easy to use.

This is exactly what we need. It cooks very well and is easy to clean afterward. I have not tried it with fish but vegetables work with no complaint.

This steamer works fine. Does what it's supposed to do, Steam Veggies. Not a fish eater, but I assume you can steam fish in here also. The pieces are made of plastic, so you may not get the fish smell out.

I got this for maybe $15 or $20. This product works pretty decently, so for the cost, it's worth it. Outside of that, the 3rd layer is more of a gimmick than anything as all the heat from the steam will go to the 1st and 2nd layer, leaving the 3rd layer mostly the same.
