I HAVE OTHER STEAMERS BUT THE BOTTOMS COME OUT LIKE IN THE SECOND SECTION ON THIS ONE, BUT THE BOTTOM ONE DOES NOT AND I LOVE THAT. I USE THIS FOR STEAMER/TO COOK MY BOILED EGGS. I AM MAKING PICKLED EGGS AND THIS STEAMER HOLDS MORE. LOVE IT.

A kitchen must-have

Seems to do a good job at steaming stuff. Wife says it cleans easy. Looks like a sound durable product. Definitely a good purchase if you are looking for a gift for the wife.

Third stack doesn't cook great

You'll have to pull the bottom stack out and cook the top 2 for a little longer if you're meal prepping. I haven't tried using three different foods and seeing the results.

Multi purpose steamer.

I steam a lot in batches like eggs and broccoli and left over dim sum items. It’s easy to maintain and doesn’t take too long to heat up and steam your veggies. I like the multi layer compartments. Definitely would teccomend this.

Easy way to steam a lot of yummies!

The first thing we did was steamed hot dogs and buns, not the healthy option they are marketing to, but oh, so good. Then, after that, lots of veggies. They are tasty and well cooked. The unit is easy to clean and stack back on a shelf. It's worth the space. I really like it.

I have only used it with the one level though. You do want to make sure to clean and dry out the base really well to extend the life of the steamer.
