Easy to setup and easy to clean. Also it will be great for steaming my Panamanian spicy tamales and pixbae.

What I you is to put enough water at the lower part and set the timer properly, then you can have what you want.

The steamer works ok

It’s not as good as the other steamers I’ve had, but it does work. there is no instructions included with cook times or water amounts It was very unhappy with the shipping which started off ground UPS and switched to ground Usps, and since I live in Alaska, that took more than a month.

Good Steamer

It has three tiers which allows you to steam (cook) three different dishes at the same time. It even comes with a special container to cook rice. Just fill the bottom reservoir with water and turn the timer to the desired time. You are good to go.

Analog dial is the main reason I purchased this one. I had a digital that gave me plenty of problems. The only down side is the baskets. They are numbered on the handle but must be used in that order. They only sit on the base in a specific order. That's what takes it to a 3 star instead of 4. Other reason it lost a star is that it's just a cheap steamer. There's definitely better out there by for the price is worth it.
