I just receive my order and was so disappointed because the box is already partially open and the 3 tier are missing, what an unlucky day, planning to cooked something with it but not anymore. I will be returning this.

This is what I do know so far in the last 4 times I have used since I have owned it. I never used a steam cooker before so am learning my preferences and also like what can I use for it. My household buys frozen dumplings. So I like the ease to use portion of set it and forget it with the timer option of it. I originally purchased it with the idea of replacing my hard boiled egg maker. The concept is the same using steam to cook the eggs, difference is duration is built in with egg maker and well the steamer you set the duration. But I do enjoy how I can make way more eggs with the steamers, although I tried the tier basket and the eggs on the top tier didn’t cook the same as bottoms one. Which makes sense since it’s closer to the heating element. Things am learning about steam cooking. I think the steam heat it creates is pretty strong. It does get hot.

Works well but everything is plastic so it just feels weird to be boiling water and steaming in plastic. Other than that, easy clean up and cooks quickly. Like that it has multiple tiers to stack on.

I’m very happy with this steamer. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and is very easy to use. The multiple stackable trays make it simple to prepare different foods at the same time without mixing flavors. Cleanup is quick since the trays are lightweight and dishwasher-safe. It’s also compact enough to store without taking much space. Overall, it’s reliable and makes healthy cooking much easier for me.

I love this 3-tier food steamer! It’s super easy to use and fits a lot of food at once. I’ve used it for veggies, dumplings, and even fish – all turned out perfect and healthy. The clear trays make it easy to check on food, and cleanup is quick. Great value for the price!

Ok, I admit it. I did NOT choose this thing myself, I was not even looking forward to getting it. I cook everything on a stove top or microwave so no real need for it, I thought. But I had rewards to use up that were expiring, and an online chat agent here recommended it and it was free shipping to boot so I got it. Wow, am I glad I did. You can steam many, many different foods in it and the food comes out perfectly. Rice is not too sticky or too dry and vegetables have just the right texture. You fill the bottom with water, add your food, set the timer and that's that, you can do other prepping while it steams. No babysitting the stove, no dealing with the microwave and lids and splatter and rotating mid-cycle. For rice alone, it is worth buying because it is a rice cooker but so much more. I would buy this again and pay actual cash for it.

I wanted to start eating healthier for health reasons. I read steaming foods retains the nutrients better than some other cooking methods. I purchased this steamer because a) I wanted multiple bowls to steam different food items at the same time [whole meal] and b) I didn't want to spend a lot of money before knowing if it was something I would like doing for a long time. I love this steamer, the bowls are large enough, its easy to clean, it came with an insert bowl to steam rice, it doesnt take long to steam food, with 3 layers you can steam your full meal AND, last but not least....you can't beat the price! So, I highly recommend this steamer! For example, I had never "steamed" corn on the cobb before...OMG it was delish. I didnt add salt or butter. Just had the fresh clean taste of the corn. Try it!! Actually try any veggie steamed. The taste of the steamed food will help you not only stick to but also enjoy your healthy eating program. I also purchased a book to come up with recipes for steamed foods.

I absolutely love this 3-tier steamer! It does an amazing job steaming veggies and dumplings evenly and quickly. One of the biggest surprises for me was how easy it is to clean—no scrubbing, no fuss. What a great gift to me from me. It was affordable and just what I needed for cooking/steaming many frozen items for a Chinese feast. DimSum never tasted so fresh. I love being able to cook multiple items at the same time. It also stacks easily back into the box..

Love this product, makes nice clean healthy food fast. My wife loves it. eating healthy and very easy to make food with this one. The 3 tier allows you to make poetry and veggies at the same time.

Steamer has 3 tiers and can fit good amount of food. Easy to set up and clean as well. Used it a few times already and everything turned out great.

This is a great Kitchen addition if you love steamed food. This is a convenient one to steam my toddler veggies and eggs also for adults. Time saves for me because I steam my veggies and grill the meat and tada dinner is ready in a quick 20/30 min. The capacity to hold veggies is Great, can feed at least two adults or 4 kids. Very easy to clean because the veggies don’t stick. This is a game changer for me and my family, cannot thank enough for whoever has made this. Worth it. A new addition to my kitchen and we love it. Worth every penny.

Bought two of these, one for the house and one for my daughter's dorm room. I love it to cook quick meals, usually fish with veggies. This steams them perfectly. She and her roomies use it a lot since they are limited on what they can have in their rooms. They make fish, shrimp, chicken, rice, veggies, etc. We even did corn on the cob, took awhile but successfully. I would definitely give it to anyone going to college for healthier meals when they miss mealtime or just don't want whatever is being served. A lot better than them eating from fast food restaurants. It's pretty simple to use and I believe it came with some recipes.

I brought this as a birthday gift for my friend. It was ready for curbside pick up as promised when promised. She had great things to say. She said it is easy to clean, easy to store, and does the job perfectly. It was cost effective for me, was bigger, and had more tiers than other stores offered within the same price range. Great price. Got to steam vegetables and fish. Like the tuu it era so can steam three different foods at same time. Works well and easy to clean.

Great value and effective for multiple uses. Simple to use and steams many different items, individually or as a group in the multi tier sections. I will never steam items on the stovetop again.

This is my second steamer, and it is as a back up. We got the first one many years ago, steam egg/ vegetable, no problem whatsoever, steam come out within 10 second. this is much faster than traditional steamer.
