    Item was ship in the original box, no cover outside so item and box was damaged. Bad shipping. Item is easy to use.

    Steams snow crabs great and melts the butter at the same time in the solid white tray. My only gripe is it takes up a lot of counter space and it's a pain to wash (have to wash all the layers).

    Honestly speaking bought this with high expectations and i can say i wasnt disappointed in any ways. Missed the deal of the day pricing but was still able to get it on sale the following day and this is all ive been using since then GREAT BUY.
