The timer is a 1950s egg timer, no kidding. The water level indicator is unusable once you turn it on as it's nothing but a plastic bubble that steams up and gets inundated w drippings. If you unplug it, the timer keeps going!!! Such an embarrassment.

Steam is not hot, and it takes very long to cook stuff, almost double the instruced time!
