Poor quality steamer.

I purchased 2 of them and was going to give one as a Christmas gift but I clearly can't do that now. Cool design but poorly made. I am also past my return window so I am stuck with something unusable now.

Horrible waste of monies

I feel Best Buy is very unreasonable about the return time

Rusty

I used distilled water to prevent the rusting but it happened anyway. I’ll just stick to boiling things the way I always have: This is what I get for trying to be fancy.

It does the job perfectly and I don’t have to wait for the full pot of water boiled any more. Easy to clean and 3 tiers make it convenient to cook more at once.

Bad design of the cover
