too light-weight and not well put together

Looks Pretty Toasts Lousy

It didn't claim it did - but I guess I got used to the old toaster beeping when it was done. This one doesn't. The toasting slots are so wide and deep that in order to fish out an English Muffin you wind up burning your fingers every time. Husband refuses to use it for that reason. I really don't like this toaster but it's brand new and we're sort of stuck.
