Very basic and quality issues right out of box

The first time use smelled very bad metallic smell. And the handle that is used to turn it on, is mis-aligned right out of box. Consider some other product.

Timer not working

You have to stand by the side to control the job, also it gets one side always burned !

Defected toaster- returned

Broke in three weeks

Tried to open it because something was rattling inside. Special head on the screws (triangle) so couldn't open it - it went in the garbage.

Tiny bread required

Dont let the looks fool you!

You have to push in the handle very hard while your pushing down and the control for the toast color is not accurate.. Just weird

Useless and dangerous

Burn baby burn

Toast is either burnt or too light regardless of what setting is used. The toast does not pop up high enough resulting in frequent burnt fingers. The cord is entirely too short. Best Buy should not sell this horrible product !!!

It doesn’t pop up

When you push up on the button the bread doesn’t come up..meaning you burn your fingers trying to get the bread out.

Bad toaster/unhelpful Best Buy customer service
