Toast gets stuck in the toaster and lift lever doesn’t lift enough; I have to use a fork to pull the toast out and risk burns. Sometimes when I do this, the toast falls apart and has to be pulled out in pieces. I hate this toaster!

The toaster toasts, but that is about the only good thing I can say about it. The look is nice. Every single time you go to get your toast you have to dig for it. It never pops up above the line so you can just grab it, no matter what kind of bread you've put in it. I've gotten burned a few times fetching my toast. Have only had about 6 months and I need a new one because I'm over it.

We hadn’t had a regular toaster in a long time as we had a toaster oven. When we moved we got rid of it and decided to just get as basic toaster as we have 2 ovens. I have burnt more things in the year we have had it than I have in my life. Basically, if you walk away it will probably burn. The lowest setting (1) barely toasts and then on 2 it gets too dark for me. So I end up doing on first setting and once it pops up, I just put down again and watch. If I walk away it burns. It’s not worth the money as far as I’m concerned.

Love it! Been using it every day for almost a year- no issues. Bagel fits comfortably plus it has a setting for a bagel too.

Toaster is nice, sleek design. But!! It does not work! The slots go down with what you're toasting, then when done do not raise up enough! Cannot get toast out without pushing fingers wat down to grab, and usually burn fingers on metal. Many reviews say this. Do not buy this toaster.

I'm replacing this toaster after using it for a year. It either under toasts at setting 1 or burns toast at setting 2. It won't pop up far enough for you to grab your toast when finished, so I have a wooden skewer on hand for retrieving toast. The level does not latch easily and need to be pushed down forcefully to get it to start toasting. It looks nice and the price is right but it's not great for making toast.

This item did not last long. Only half of the toaster works.

It toasts ok,but when toast pops it does not come up high enough. You have to lift the lever with one hand take the toast out with the other.

After reading all the great reviews I decided to purchase the Bella - Classics 2-Slice Wide-Slot Toaster. I have had it for a week and I'm feed up already. It's horrible it doesn't matter what you try to toast English muffin ,bagel ,or a slice of bread. It never pops up high enough to retrieve it. I have burned myself a few times already and have to dig out everything with a fork . I will be returning it to BestBuy .

It does the job but the bread is in there to deep even when u out the bar to get the toast, it’s now efficient. I wouldn’t buy this brand again.

Very disappointed in this. I sent my kid off to college with our two piece toaster and replaced it with this item. The Bella looks classy and we purchased it while it was on sale. I wish I had sent this one with my kid and kept my older less attractive model. This Bella does not toast bread evenly. I would not recommend this at all. Stay away.

most of the times it wont stay down... a lot of fiddling with the dials to get it to stay down

The toaster stopped working after only 3.5 months of actual use. The lever that one push down to activate the toaster won't "click" and stay locked/down anymore. So the toaster won't toast anymore. I owned many toasters in my lifetime and I have never had one that failed that quickly. Actually, I have never have to replace a toaster because it stopped working. I replaced all of the previous toasters because I don't like the style anymore.

The lever will not stay down. Horrible product. Great price through.

Cheap, inconsistent toasting. Bought as gift for my mom after she refused a $120 toaster. She should have kept the expensive one.

Toast is darker on one side of the bread than the other. I expected a more quality outcome.

Although a great price this toaster is impossible to keep clean. I should have returned this but ran out of time. It toaats unevenly so I will be replacing soon

Gets hot on the outside of the toaster. Cant touch, melted the bag of bread next to It.

Inexpensive and toasts just fine. Wide opening is great unless you have a thin whatever to toast. Then you need tongs or very skinny fingers to get it out
