Ordered the item, received it in good time, the toaster had a dent in it, so reordered the item again and the replacement was not much better. I would not buy this item again.

Toaster does not toast evenly. Especially if you do one piece at a time. Light brown on one side, burned on the other.

Never use the sides heat and to the point that it can burn you. Threw it away. Waste of money

Not so sure is the best option, now its only burning one side of the toast. The bottom part doesn't open to clean.

Bought as a gift in sale and works great. I would buy again. Nothing crazy just a toaster .

Terrible toaster. Broke after the first use and barely worked at that. Waste of money. I have other appliances from this brand that are great so i’m sure I got a fluke.

Works perfect, look stylish. Fits well with the color scheme of my other kitchen appliances.

Toasts one side of the bread, way more than the other, you’ll always end up with burnt bread on one side, if you lower the time you’ll end up with un toasted bread the other side :( . And very often it doesn’t even pop the bread out, and you have to go fish for the bread with tongs.

Toasts ok, but it's hard to get English muffins or small slices of bread out. It doesn't pop up like the claims.

Got this on sale cheap. The toaster does what is suppose no issues

Would not recommend this toaster. It does not toast evenly; one side is lighter than the other and if you turn the bread and put it back in, it burns. Too much work to try for evenly toasted bread.

[Employee of bestbuy] Just over four months after purchase. The toaster no longer works. Luckily, I have a protection plan on it, so I will be returning it. I’ve probably used it less than a dozen times.

This toaster is going to be returned. Plug comes out in front instead of back. That won’t work in my kitchen.

Gets hot on the outside of toaster. Melted bread bag laying next to it. Not safe for my home or kids.

Less than a month into owning the middle heating element died, forcing my fiance and I to flip the bread in order to toast properly until we could buy a new one...which wasn't until after our wedding in June. We bought the toaster in February. It was very frustrating. We didn't feel right returning it since we had been using the toaster regularly up until that point and had trashed the receipt. I was very unhappy with the product and won't be buying this brand again.

Keep your existing toaster if it still works. I keep burning my toast or, it’s too hard.

Dangerous product, the first time i plugged it in it started sparking and catching fire. The house is brand new and socket has no defects. Contacted manufacturer and will be returning to best buy.
