    I am returning my toaster and spending more , the bread does not come up so you have to stick a fork to get your bread or poptarts if you use your hands you will get burn , PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR TEENAGERS NEAR IT . VERY POOR MADE

    Old toaster failed just before holidays. Needed new one quick for toasted bagels. Bought this Dec 24 and it worked on Dec 25, but next day NOT, would not lock in down position. Something loose inside rattling around. Best Buy took it back, no problem there.

    I bought this on July 7 it stopped working last week of September ... Not even 3 month s of use or maybe the 6 times I actually used it

    Gets stuck under rim

    Drives me crazy! The toast gets stuck under the rim and you have to dig it out. Who designed this. People must be eating bagels that like it. Buying a new one,

    This toaster is no bueno!! The toast doesn't pop up far enough to get out with your hands and even on 2 it burns. Looks like I will be purchasing a different brand soon.

    This is not a great toaster. It lasted us a few months until it would only toast on one side. I would consider a different brand of toaster next time.

    Very poor quality...light toast one side and very dark other..10days stop working.. Poor Customer Service! Returning to Best Buy..I do not recommend buying Bella products

    I was only able to toast 2 slices of bread. When I loaded the second batch the spring would not lock so the4 toaster would not turn on. This was the first toaster that lasted less than a day.

    It only toasted on one side of the bread. Also it was hot to take out had to order another one which works much better.

    Don't waste time or money on this toaster. It barely worked once...its not rocket science...the parts and design are just awful. i lost money, time, and my toast! BUYER BEWARE

    Toaster doesn't stay down

    This toaster didn't even last a month, bought it on 6/3/20. You press it down and does not hold. Will be returning to the store...hopefullly I can get a new one.

    6 weeks later and it is broken.

    Purchased on June 2nd, and it broke by July 11th. The plunger switch to start the toaster will not stay down.
