It is a little messy to clean up because even though I pierce the egg, it still seems to lose some of the egg whites. I must watch it so that the water doesn't evaporate too quickly and burn. Otherwise, it is a good purchase and I enjoy it! Uses a lot less water than boiling it.

The only thing that I don’t like about it is it does not turnoff the heat once the red light indicator turns off. I was expecting that once the red light turns off, it will completely shutdown it down and stop the cooking process.

Very nifty when required

This saves me a lot of time and I don't have to worry about spoiling my eggs as it switches off automatically. I can also make poached eggs with this, now that's really one good reason for me to get this :) ...
