Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its easy to use, put a bit of water in the bottom and plug it in Just make sure you unplug it when it runs out of water as there are times it won't stop by itself. So, if you don't pay attention to it, it will rn out of water and burn the bottom of your eggs. It doesn't make soft boiled eggs as it doesn't turn off when its supposed to, based on the water level.
