The plastic top broke with minimal use.The bottom of machine gets burnt.The poached eggs stick to tray.You have to manually pull out plug to switch off after red light stops.

Also, used a little spray of non-stick butter as the tray is not very non-stick by itself and required a good scrubbing & cleaning after first use.
