Looks good had not tried it yet... still using the old one

Bella items are usually good... I found this product very cheap

Eggs stuck in pan. Couldn’t get poached eggs out. Cleanup impossible. Poached eggs were like boiled eggs. Will give this item away.

The purchase was fine - a stove, which works just as desired. The process to try to change the delivery date and the options ordered with the stove was a nightmare. Finally I did get the delivery date delayed, but my request for take away of the stove couldn't be arranged.

This is 2nd one i buy. Improved on stainless steel cooking surface inside, but now there is no audible buzz when eggs are done. You have to visually look for the indicator light to be off, which sucks if you're cooling and mutlitasking.

I mostly wanted this for poached eggs but there is no way to get the tray not to stick. After trying different sprays, decided to try a small glass dish that I had and that worked better. Overall for the price it works fine , but nothing spectacular.

This is a super cool device and it works well to make hard boiled eggs. I cannot give this a 5 stars, however, because the bottom of the unit gets very dirty with residue from the eggs and is not really easy to clean.

I didn’t like this egg cooker because there is no alarm when the eggs are done. Also the bottom part where you put the water in gets scorched

It works as it should However, the unit that I have does not turn off. I mean the light turns off, but it still stays hot enough to burn your hand even after 1 hour, when left plugged in. Other than that, the eggs come out perfect.

I would love to give 5 stars because it does cook both poached and hardboiled eggs perfectly. However after 2nd use, the plastic knob on the egg pan melted from the heat. It literally cracked in half and broke off. Now I can't use it because I'm afraid of burning myself while lifting the hot pan out. I'm going to return it.

Cooks great but I had to lower the rating by one star due to the “bulb” at the top of the tray breaking off already. It has not been abused or used that much to cause that to wear out.

Delivered in a very bad condition.The packages was totally damaged

This is my first egg cooker and i feel this is ok Because there is no auto shutoff as well if put the water measuring with cup some time plat get burnt, sometimes water coming out

I started using it but some of the eggs gets out of egg while cooking. I did it again some of the eggs came out good and again it leeked some of the eggs out

This egg poacher works great except for poaching! The eggs stick to it! Its almost impossible to clean it. I followed the directions precisely and this is a big problem..If I could return This Bella Egg cooker I definitely would and I hope this is reported to the The Manufacturer........ Roger...

Worked great for 35 days and then started a burning smell started and the eggs were scorched on the bottom. Too late to return to Best Buy and 8 months later, still trying to get warranty service from Bella. I really miss using it because it was so simple and, while it worked, was perfect. Very sad

But I'm a bit disappointed, sometimes it works perfectly and other times I make a mess thinking my eggs are fully cooked and their not but it is fairly new to me so I'm still messing with it. Overall, it's neat.

The heating plate accumulates a lot of rust pretty quickly. If you dont clean it, it affects the quality of the boiled egg.

Was awesome until it stopped brewing. Would only make 1-2 cuos with a full pot.

The instructions aren't obvious, and still not sure of the cooking time. Also, it foams over and leaks out of the container. I find it more of a work than it's worth.
