    This broke on. The first use and had to go back. Best Buy requires you to clean before they’ll accept it back which is weird since it has to go in the garbage lol

    I was so exited to use this and the waffles turned out great except it broke after the first use. When i finally got around to contacting the manufacturer which was less than a few months of me owning the product they told me they can’t send me a replacement because they didn’t have any in stock. That makes no sense at all because how is bestbuy constantly being restocked with your product? I own a lot of their products but will no longer be supporting them due to their customer service.
