    This thing is WAAY quiet, honestly did not even think it was on at first, the button is a little strange, you have to select your options first then hit the power on button.

    We had a ninja smaller air fryer for 5 years, heated up quick and never had a problem, bought this because it was a 10.5 quart with more capacity. It take like 10 minutes to pre heat, which was a real pain; also the door does not shut well, you kind of have to find the groove. Ultimately returned it after 1 week.
