I do not love the way this air fryer cooks compared to the instapot air fryer, but the instant pot bea Beeps so much that I couldn't stand it and also the plug would overheat get very warm on the instant pot air fryer so this one is better for that reason als. the pans have excellent non stick qualities. I got this unit on sale otherwise I would be disappointed especially with Best Buy's horrible return policy.
