Only reason not given a five rating is for not being able to turn off when desired. You need to lower the time in order for it to shut off. Other than that, good product?

Better than a basket

This is our first air fryer that didn't have a basket, but it works great. Having two trays allows for better airflow and also more surface area to cook on. The top is excellent for toast since it is close to the heating element. It is a little more work to clean compared to a basket since it needs wiped out, but we are very happy with it.
