However this model the trays come out the grooves or slots very easy when loading and unloading food and sometimes its hard to pull them back out.

I like the door opening from side to side versus up and down. I am still trying to figure out how it works as it is totally different from my old one.

Not convenient

It would be good if you were are frying pizza or large pieces. But when cooking smaller foods, its combersome to grab and protective glove or tongs to pull the hot pan out and grab your food.
