Best coffee maker for the money ! If you’re trying to do away with the plastic particles in your coffee from the K cups, this is an awesome way to do so ! Everyone needs to get healthier and that’s how I started the new year !

Overall good product but, read the instructions before starting your first coffee and utilize the clean function twice. My only complaint would be the smell because of all the plastic heating up which transfers to your taste of the coffee.

My husband loves this coffee pot! One thing that he wasn’t familiar with, and now loves, it the “freshness” alert. It lets you know if it’s not fresh. How cool is that?

Wanted a simple coffee maker. This worked great for 3 months but the self cleaning function doesn’t work properly. I can water/vinegar through it 3 time once a month and it’s ok but overall, it’s disappointing.

Poor design. The coffee goes everywhere except the coffee pot. The picture actually shows a different cup i tried using in place of the original equipment filter cup is not much better. Honestly can't figure out how did so many people give this 5 stars is beyond me. I should have just ponied up for an actual Mr coffee.

Overall, the ranking I can give this product is a -1. Not only did this coffeemaker not brew an acceptable pot of coffee, the customer service with Bella Pro or Sensio is terrible! I took the coffeemaker back to BestBuy to return prior to contacting Sensio, only to be informed that I was 2 days past the return date. I am not happy at all with this purchase.
