Paid $30 for this coffee maker on sale. Simple to operate. Makes a great pot of coffee! I would buy this again.

Poor design. The coffee goes everywhere except the coffee pot. The picture actually shows a different cup i tried using in place of the original equipment filter cup is not much better. Honestly can't figure out how did so many people give this 5 stars is beyond me. I should have just ponied up for an actual Mr coffee.

Overall, the ranking I can give this product is a -1. Not only did this coffeemaker not brew an acceptable pot of coffee, the customer service with Bella Pro or Sensio is terrible! I took the coffeemaker back to BestBuy to return prior to contacting Sensio, only to be informed that I was 2 days past the return date. I am not happy at all with this purchase.

Time doesn't work at all. Best buy will not take it back unsatisfied so now its sits in the box

I read the reviews before purchasing this. I had a perfectly good coffee maker. Using the reusable filter causes coffee grounds or sediment with each 12 cup cycle. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY. This coffee maker broke within 2 months of purchase. The spring loaded drip piece broke off when removing the coffee pot from the hot tray.

We do NOT use it every day only a couple of times a week and the handle has already fallen apart

A lot of kitchen appliances have morphed into giants that hardly fit on a countertop or under cabinets. This was one of the smaller coffee makers which is one reason I picked. It is also great looking and matches my Insigna microwave . It is easy to fill and brews a very good cup of coffee. Just hope it lasts as long as my old Mr. Coffee. I bought it on sale which makes a great value.

Great coffee maker if a person has time to learn how to use it: timer works great if a person wants to preset it to have the coffee ready when waking up; there is a choice of a stronger coffee without adding more coffee; easy to clean. Not giving five stars just because I think it could have a bigger filter. I love strong coffee and was unable to make more than 8 cups of coffee without overflowing the filter with coffee grounds. It is much easier to make a second pot of coffee. On an overall it is a great coffee maker with a reasonable price.
