Just to be clear this is about the Bella Pro Series - 12-in-1 6-Slice Toaster Oven + 33-qt. Air Fryer with French Doors - Stainless Steel This is not a good design for me. It does not hold the last setting I used. I have to scroll through the settings to get ot the one I want every time I use it. I use it 2 - 3 times a day. I finally got some grass fed ribeye steaks that I wanted to broil. The grass fed meat needs to be cooked at a lower temp to prevent it from becoming tough. That is not possible with this oven. The only broil setting is at 450. I prefer not to produce AGE's (Advanced Glycation End products) when I cook my meat. I will try to sell this unit and by another Emeril Lagasse or Oster toaste oven. Also, the light comes on about a minute after the cooking cycle begins. What a waste of power. If all you need is a lot of space then you might like it. I do not. I am so very disappointed and now its past the return window. This may seem that I am unreasonable about the functions of a toaster oven but, I hope it helps others who use their ovens the way I do. I need the settings to be more customizable.

Bought as a gift. Receive seems to completely enjoy their new kitchen gadget.

My family uses it constantly. Its far better than having to use the oven or a regular air fryer.

Works as advertised, lots of settings and ability to customize. Be advised, the exterior gets *HOT.* No touch! You'll also want plenty of space around and above it on the counter. I've mastered perfect french fries and done some pretty good wings in it as well. Baking can be touchy... takes a little trail and error to get time/temp just right for things like biscuits or cornbread.

had to return first one due to it being dropped in shipping and making noise, but replacement is quiet.

So far the unit works very well. It makes fries nice and crisp. Can't wait to test more

Pizza stone is a beautiful addition! French doors make life so much easier for space use. I love this oven.

Great, and it is so convenient to cook any food like fish, bread, and frozen food.

Really enjoy this oven the many options make it versatile for any cooking need to rotissue part still kind of difficult it has to be a really small chicken otherwise it keeps hitting the heating bars. Enjoy the airfryer mode and a dehydrator almost have when you don't want to turn on the big oven

I was concerned with all the reviews stating that the knob melted and changed colors. When I opened and looked at it, I can see how that would happen. The knobs were plastic and covered with a foil type of material. I did not want to have to deal with that, so I decided to return it.

This thing is awesome. Not much more to add, love the stainless steel inside and the varying modes. Only downside that keeps it from a 5 is the temp only going to 450 (500 would be preferred especially for pizza, which they provide a pizza stone).

Mine is a pro? Not sure. I've only used it about three times now.
