The service number was called and I was told the new unit was defective and would need to be returned. I had just had surgery and was unable to walk to return the unit and once I was able to walk to return it, the 14 day return policy had been exceeded. Fortunately, the Best Buy M.O.D. allowed me to return it without any hassle given my circumstances. A replacement unit was ordered with delivery expected today. I hope this one is not defective.
