Got this for a really good price but was a bit apprehensive due to its size. Turns out, she read the Owner's Manual 3 times and has proceeded to use it more than her over since she's had it. So far so good!

My husband hates it because it is so layered in programming. However, it works great and the toast is perfect, it takes longer, but it is perfection.
