Family enjoys using this oven instead of big oven cooks faster and doesn't heat the whole house up

This oven air fryer replaces a few appliances, toaster, a rotisserie an air fryer that only has 3 functions, which is a plus...BUT...no directions on how to operate this device. It was a guessing game. Then I had to wait for it to warm up. I have no time for that. I purchased this based on my daughter's liking of it and I felt it was time for me to upgrade. But I don't like it, wish I hadn't bought it and will not recommend it to anyone I know.

Toast bread and buns very good. Also air fry’s the different chicken breast good. Bought this to replace a broken toaster oven and an old air fryer that did not work too good.

It’s very beautiful on my counter and practical only downside it takes too long to heat up .

I have used this unit to cook or toast my gf bread. Toasting needs getting used to. Bread comes toasted but not brown, to brown takes about 40 sec longer but it is dryer and harder. Steaks come out perfect,rare. Other meats are similar to beef, tender but not dry.

So far so good, oven has a lot of options for cooking. Not a fan of it having a crumb tray and not a drip tray that can be removed without getting grease everywhere, but otherwise happy with it.

Great mini-oven for someone without a large oven. Terrible as air fryer. Takes forever to warm up and "air fry." Something that now takes 6-7 minutes on my Ninja air fryer would take over 20 minutes on this thing. Promptly returned it after 3 attempts to use it.

This appliance cooks food deliciously. Everything I’ve tried works great.

Doors don’t stay open when getting food out. Have to put something in front of doors to keep them open.

Great stove and the oven is great I love it it was a very good buy

Its not fair of me to give it a negative review because i didnt even open it when it was delivered because it was enormous! Much too large for my countertop but the style looked beautiful and price was reasonable on sale for $150.

Works great but the outside gets "Hot". Wish i had knowthis before buying. Too late to return.

Lots of kitchen appliances in one! Better than the micowave

Absolutely love this toaster oven. Cooks faster than conventional oven. Only con is I wish it had a larger capacity.

I love the knobs and the doors, it look like it has a tiny gap that would be a problem, but i’ve had it for about 4 months and havent had 1 problem. I would recommend

I enjoy using my new appliance it does get hot so don't put under a shelf.

The 1 star is for the customer service. I didn't even get to try the product. I ordered online and it was delivered. I paid with a Master Card gift card and a BestBuy gift card. I was able to put partial payment on each. The pizza stone was broken so i called to see if I could just get another pizza stone. They said "No, you have to return the whole package. I did and waited for a replacement. I got an email that they weren't able to deliver it and they were going to credit me back to my original form of payment. I bought it at a great sale price for $129,000. The M/C gift card could not be reloaded with the return credit. It was a mess. I have to call 5-6 times to try and get my money back when customer service assured me I was going to get a new oven, which is what I wanted. After all those calls and a nearly a month went by for me to get the return credit, the price had gone back up to $249,000. I am hugely disappointed with customer service and the delivery company they use "Shipt". I still want the over but even on sale it only went down to $149,000. I want to be able to buy it for $129,000 like i did the first time.

Arrived promptly and looks nice! Unfortunately I have not been able to use it yet, due to cabinet delivery delays.

Great small appliance. Keeps the kitchen from getting hot in the summer time.
