Arrived promptly and looks nice! Unfortunately I have not been able to use it yet, due to cabinet delivery delays.

Great small appliance. Keeps the kitchen from getting hot in the summer time.

The 1 star is for the customer service. I didn't even get to try the product. I ordered online and it was delivered. I paid with a Master Card gift card and a BestBuy gift card. I was able to put partial payment on each. The pizza stone was broken so i called to see if I could just get another pizza stone. They said "No, you have to return the whole package. I did and waited for a replacement. I got an email that they weren't able to deliver it and they were going to credit me back to my original form of payment. I bought it at a great sale price for $129,000. The M/C gift card could not be reloaded with the return credit. It was a mess. I have to call 5-6 times to try and get my money back when customer service assured me I was going to get a new oven, which is what I wanted. After all those calls and a nearly a month went by for me to get the return credit, the price had gone back up to $249,000. I am hugely disappointed with customer service and the delivery company they use "Shipt". I still want the over but even on sale it only went down to $149,000. I want to be able to buy it for $129,000 like i did the first time.

Nice looking but very big. Doors seem somewhat flimsy. Decided I like my 8 Qt. Bella drawer model best.

I have been wanting one of these so I liked this one. The only thing they need to improve on is a more detailed manual. It has taken trial and error to learn how to work it, but we are getting there.

Fantastic all in one air fryer. Does it all. No need for other appliances.

Returned, oven is very loud! My old air fryer oven was much quieter, and I will keep using it until I find something much better. In addition, the back of the oven gets very hot, burned my hand when I touched it. Also, despite the description for this item, the french doors do not both open when you pull open just one door. Knobs seemed very loose and poorly made. Very bad purchase decision.

After reading reviews we got this and it really works well! Baked cookies, air fried a bunch of stuff and easy to clean. Nice.

Works great, multi purpose results in need for fewer appliances and saves space.

I have used, air fry it's great. Worked very well on the pizza setting. It needs something better for a manual. I am guessing on time temperature.

I use it almost every day, it does get veryy hot but some oven mitts will do!

Received item quickly, unpacked the oven & saw enamel on the grill pan had been chipped off even with the wonderful packing, I believe it was done prior to packing…. So I had to return oven as they just couldn’t send a new pan & I return the one with cracked enamel back!

Arrived without any documentation. No user guide, no registration card, nothing.

Greater toaster oven and air fryer combo. Takes forever to make toast. Keep an eye on your food when cooking as it takes a little more than 1/2 the time (10 min ready in 6) Got it on deal of the day

This is the 3rd toaster oven i have owned. This one is by far the best. Very good build quality. The presets are right on, you have full control as well.

Best Buy Customer Support absolutely horrible. Looks nice, still waiting for Customer Support to resolve issue. The Customer Support made me give it a 1 star.

Replaced a different toaster oven with this, and it’s truly one of the best values and products around for the money. Don’t hesitate. It’s great!
